The Illustrious Bar Association of Madrid is holder of a Professional Civil Liability insurance policy that provides coverage to its exercising members in order to protect them in case of professional error due to fault or negligence.
This collective policy, contracted with the insurance company CASER through the brokerage AON, allows the members to benefit from coverage of a Professional Civil Liability Insurance with a capital assured of up to 330.000 euros and franchise of 2.500 euros for the simple fact of belonging to our Association.
Through AON we have managed to improve the current terms of contracting excess limits. Thus members will be able to benefit from higher insured limits that increase the insured capital of the collective policy, eliminating the excess and with much more adjusted premiums. In addition to the individual insurance of the actions of each of the members of the ICAM, Aon offers its members a programme of insurance for professional societies, adapting the coverage of the professional liability insurance to the needs of their Offices. For more information, click here.
