section

Section of International and European Law

The purpose of this section is to familiarise the members of the Bar Association with the European legal system, which today governs many economic and social areas and where the success of EU citizens’ legal claims is increasingly based. It also aims to bring the Madrid lawyer closer to the daily practice of the European institutions, in particular before the European Court of Justice, by examining the most recurrent and current issues in the European field. Special attention will also be given to other aspects of international legal practice that are of interest to the Bar Association and its members.
