The identification and contact data stored in the Bar’s database may be used for this purpose, within the processing activity titled “Bar Association Activities.”

The data provided may also be used to analyze areas of interest and user experience, including quality and satisfaction surveys related to products or service delivery.

**How long will we keep your data?**

The personal data provided will be retained as long as you do not withdraw your consent.

The Bar Association is required to block data when their deletion is appropriate. Blocking means identifying and securing the data by applying technical and organizational measures to prevent processing—including visualization—except when made available to judges, courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, or competent public authorities (particularly data protection authorities) for the purpose of determining potential liabilities arising from processing, for a period of three years (the statute of limitations). Blocked data may not be processed for any other purpose. 

The destruction of data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law 6/2023 of March 30, on Archives and Documents of the Community of Madrid, as applicable.

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you have given, which may be withdrawn at any time.
