2.1. Access to and use of the www.icam.es Website and all sub-domains and directories included under it (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Website”) are subject to the terms detailed in this Legal Notice.

2.2. The purpose of the website is to provide citizens and ICAM members with information on its corporate activities and the services it offers, as well as to provide remote Bar Association services to the latter to enable them to save time on travel and telephone dealings with the various areas of the Bar Association.

With this website, ICAM aims to provide a useful service, so suggestions from users are welcome. But if you do not agree with any of the conditions contained in this notice, you should stop using the ICAM website. Access to it implies acceptance thereof without reservation. The use of certain services offered on this site will also be governed by the particular conditions provided in each case, which will be understood to have been accepted by the mere use of such services.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

ICAM reserves the intellectual property rights of the Website in respect of those elements that make up the visual appearance, graphic image and other sensory stimuli of the web pages that make up the website; the navigation architecture; the source codes of the web pages; photographs, recordings, computer programs (hereinafter referred to as the “Software”), database, technology, know-how, trademarks, distinctive signs and logos.

The processing of personal data collected through the website or linked to this website complies with the requirements of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, RGPD) of the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights and current regulations on the protection of personal data. These General Conditions are governed by Spanish Law.

For the resolution of all disputes or questions relating to this website or the activities carried out therein, ICAM and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, accept Spanish law as the governing legislation of these conditions, and for the resolution of any disputes or litigation that may arise, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain).
